The State Of California does not use the word Divorce. "Dissolution of Marriage," is the term now used and it means that one or both members in a marriage have become disillusioned with one another or simply with the whole marriage idea, and wishes to be free from one another. Once you and I have reviewed what you are looking for I can then help you with filling the forms and later file them in court
Child Custody & VisitationsThe State of California has a mediation procedure to help parents come to an agreement to custody and visitation with their children. If you both can't come to an agreement during your mediation appointment, then it will be up to a judge to decide. The Calle LDA Services "Self-Help" program has a portion dedicated to this matter and can help you come to your own plan and come to an agreement with your spouse or judge. In either way, I can help you in filling and filing the forms the court will require.
